PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
HockeyFit’s Skills and Development programs are for determined athletes who want to improve their game. With the game constantly evolving, HockeyFit focuses on improving overall strength and refining technical skills that are essential to reaching the next level. Our program is structured to stimulate edge work and puck handling, learn proper workout techniques, and ultimately build confidence within each player.
ON-ICE COMPONENT
Our week-long school provides students with ten on-ice hours at Servus Place arena in St. Albert. Our instructors focus on various skills including Puck Handling, Shooting, and Power Skating.
OFF-ICE
St. Albert HockeyFit is proud to offer off-ice sessions at Servus Place. Students will focus on training their bodies to be the best athletes they can be. Our instructors will push students to explore their full physical potential through an assortment of training sessions throughout the week.
