Private Lessons
St. Albert HockeyFit is pleased to announce its private lesson services.
Private lessons are held in the early mornings or evenings. The lesson format:
30 - 60 mins skill-building exercises
Optional 30 mins of HockeyHIIT - conditioning routine that incorporates learned skill(s).
Lessons are limited to 1 - 4 player(s) excluding goaltenders.
Cost is $249 + tax for 1-4 players.*
The cost covers ice (Mini Rink), insurance, and the lesson.
*price will be discounted for multiple bookings.
